Unrivaled Customer Service I needed to replace my car after mine was totaled in a car crash. I had been to other dealers in the Mid-Missouri area and was disappointed when the I needed to replace my car after mine was totaled in a car crash. I had been to other dealers in the Mid-Missouri area and was disappointed when the only deal on the table was for the benefit of the dealership. I was further dismayed no one would listen to my needs. I contacted Nissan of Jefferson City and explained my frustration. I was put in contact with Scott Casada in Sales. Scott listened and asked further questions in regards to my needs. Upon my arrival, shortly after the initial call, Scott had the vehicle I wanted waiting for me to test drive. He was extremely patient and offered pros and cons on my choice. I found him to be extremely credible and trustworthy as he seemed only concerned for my welfare and my satisfaction. I decided I did not know if I was going to buy the vehicle he picked for me to test drive, but I knew I was going to buy a vehicle from Scott Casada. In the end, I did purchase the vehicle he had chosen for me after I looked at others as well. Scott Casada continues to check up on me to make sure all service work is done to my satisfaction. I was also impressed with Emily Olsen, Management, who made a point to come and introduce herself to me and learn what it was I needed in financing and extended coverage. Never did I feel pressured for a decision on buying the car . Most importantly, I know I have made a sincere and trusted relationship with Jefferson City Nissan and will continue to be a patron for years to come. More

Very pushy and just a huge pain from beginning to end Didn’t put our deposit on the vehicle to hold it even after requested and all payment info was given. Was pushy every time financing came up and wouldn’t accept our no payment stance, and were the same way upon refusing the warranty, treating me and my wife like idiots because we didn’t want to pay for their overpriced warranty and taking multiple no’s to get them to finally accept that. Also didn’t mention at all that the car had no book and not until the very very end right before papers were signed that there was no extra key, just the one. More
