NissanConnect Challenges I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking it out and did not showi me how NissanConnect worked). However Brian in the service department worked his tail off to be sure things were working correctly and that I was happy with my purchase. Wonderful Customer Service! I called ahead because I had found a coupon in the Ad Sheet and I wanted to make sure I could use it. Brian was very informative and answered all of m I called ahead because I had found a coupon in the Ad Sheet and I wanted to make sure I could use it. Brian was very informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly! He was even able to get me an appointment for the very next day! When I arrived, Brian greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to Nissan because he knew I had never been there before. The process was such a breeze and I was in and out in only an hour!!
