Not so great this time The people are always nice and normally the service is great. This time I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a low tire pressure light on The people are always nice and normally the service is great. This time I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a low tire pressure light on the car they didn’t care to check or put air in the tire. When I checked it myself it was 15lbs low. So much for adjusting the tire pressures when doing a rotation.... asked about a paint bubble on the car and was told it looked like tree sap and was nothing to worry about..?? More

Machens Nissan in Columbia, where I bought my car, told me I would get a free first oil change in Jeff City. Once I got to Jeff City, they me that wasn't true--I'd have to go to Columbia to get it. I said I'd just pay for it because I didn't want to drive to Columbia, but after it was done, Lucas said that he took care of it and to not worry about paying. Very good service. Had I had to pay for it after being told it would be free, I probably would've never come back, but I'll definitely be going back every time now since they took care of me. More
