Great Experience for Recall We had recall work done on our Nissan Murano. Scheduling was easy to get the car in. I called after the car had been taken for he recall work to be done to see if I could get an oil change also while it was there. I received a call that everything was done so I could come and pick it up. I went in to pay for my oil change and one of the service people said there had been some mix up in paperwork and therefore the oil change would be on the house. Great customer service after a minor issue that didn’t affect myself in the least. There is a reason I use this dealership along with a private mechanic. I will continue to come back. More

Brian kept informed. I was due for oil change and tire rotation. My wife and I just had got back from a 2700 mile trip. On that trip we had some problems. The GPS displ I was due for oil change and tire rotation. My wife and I just had got back from a 2700 mile trip. On that trip we had some problems. The GPS display,radio, out side temp. did not work for at least 400 to 500 miles. We called Nissan1 and talked to Curtis,he told what junction we were at but Could not flash lights or honk horn. He wanted us stop at a dealer, and stopped Greensboro, NC. Was told it would have to be changed. Curtis wanted us stop again at Knoxville, TN, and we did. There comment was we don’t have time and can’t look until tomorrow. We continued our to Jefferson City, MO. We are wondering if we bought the wrong brand. Nothing showed up when checked in JC. So when might this happen again? When traveling since this is our travel vehicle for long trips. More
