Scotty's the Best! I've known Scotty since about 2010 and been driving a Nissan since 1996. Scotty always made the leasing process as easy as possible for me as the whol I've known Scotty since about 2010 and been driving a Nissan since 1996. Scotty always made the leasing process as easy as possible for me as the whole process made me anxious. He was always diligent and proactive. I never had to reach out to him because he takes care of his clients like we're all part of the family. I was sad when he left Austin to return home to Missouri, understood commitment to family. Me, I'm the kind of person that when I find a dedicated person, I continue to do business with that person. My most recent lease was up this month and I heard nothing from my dealer because Scotty wasn't there anymore. I texted him, lamenting this fact when he said he could still help me! In a matter of a few days, not even a full week, he handled the paperwork and got out of leasing and into my very own car. He knew exactly what I would like and had it delivered to my home in Austin, TX all the way from Missouri by the time I got home from work last night! Dedication, commitment, respect, a genuine appreciation is what makes Scotty such a unique person in the car business. Great customer service! He's the only one I trust when it comes to buying or leasing a car. Period! More

From Pathfinder to Titan Excellent customer service. Went in looking to upgrade to a newer Pathfinder but left the proud owners of a new Titan. Pathfinder we wanted wasn't on Excellent customer service. Went in looking to upgrade to a newer Pathfinder but left the proud owners of a new Titan. Pathfinder we wanted wasn't on the lot so with current rebates on the Titan, the price became comparable to the Pathfinder. Thanks Sybil!!! More
Misled and lied to I was told before buying my car that the AC issue would be fixed free of charge. After taking the car home and bringing it back to service, it sat the I was told before buying my car that the AC issue would be fixed free of charge. After taking the car home and bringing it back to service, it sat there for a week untouched before I was told they didn’t know what was wrong. Several months later they took it to bmw and said there was a “block” that was fixed. The problem continued. I asked my wife to take it up and not say anything about the free repair and it was fixed in 1 day. So when it’s “free” we can’t find a problem. When I pay cash it’s fixed that day. To be clear, the service department was friendly, got it done quickly and at a fair price. The issue is with lying or misleading your customers to make a purchase and hanging out to dry after the papers are signed. More
