Came because my airbags had been recalled. Ok service The man that met me at the dealership was the nicest person there. People said hello but "Damien" the man that I had set my appointment up with comple The man that met me at the dealership was the nicest person there. People said hello but "Damien" the man that I had set my appointment up with completely ignored my appointment until after my car was done. He then got me to sign something and told me my car was outside. I don't remember the name of the young man that helped me out the whole time but he was very sweet and helped me more than "Damien" did. I was in because my cars airbags were recalled by the company, everyone at the dealership was pleasant. But I felt like I was on the back burner for the man that my appointment was set up with. More

Calm and courteous atmosphere I was a walk in and there were several appointments ahead of me. I needed an oil change on my Murano. After explaining their intake process and the op I was a walk in and there were several appointments ahead of me. I needed an oil change on my Murano. After explaining their intake process and the option of making an appointment and returning another day ... or waiting, I felt I would prefer to wait. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and calm.
