This is the WORST dealership EVER. I took my 2017 Murano in for service they said I needed a new transmission and other things to the tune of $14,000. Although I had car shield (which I took my 2017 Murano in for service they said I needed a new transmission and other things to the tune of $14,000. Although I had car shield (which I found out later would have paid for these repairs) they told me that car shield only pays about 55%. I test drove a 2025 Murano which was nice it had all the bells and whistles, however, once I drove away, the bells and whistles no longer worked. I bought this car in April and to date July still not have gotten any satisfaction as to my garage door opener and other benefits this car is supposed to afford me. My salesman Raleigh is a really slick character. He never calls me back when I call. He failed to show up at my home twice without calling me to tell me he wasn’t coming and to date have left another message with him waiting for his return call. We negotiated after several hours at the dealership a price but by the time I got done with finance my car payments were up $100. My friend who went with me also wound up buying a car trading in a new one for this one and slick Raleigh who explained he could do an even trade and lower his card payments lied lied lied. When we got done with finance, his payments went up $100. The biggest mistake we both made was not getting up and leaving and I regret that every single day. I sincerely pray every day that I can let go of this bad experience because I feel like it’s eating my insides. Since I cannot access the garage door opener from the car, Raleigh said he had to purchase me a new Homelink mirror. I said I will not pay for it. He said he would talk to his manager and he’s never gotten back to me but Donald in service told me that the mirror is $750 parts and service and that will not pay for it. Still waiting for a call from Raleigh to tell me that information I get malfunction see owners manual on my dashboard took it back. They said there’s nothing wrong. I keep getting it and now I figured it out that it’s telling me that my Sideview mirrors are not working to indicate that there is something next to my car And not to pass lanes. I know I’m kind of rambling, but I am just so upset with this whole experience. I had a beautiful car that was all paid for just needed a little work work done and now I wound up with car payment up the Wazzu. and a card that does not work properly. Again, I cannot express strong enough never ever ever deal with this dealership and especially with a salesman named Raleigh. I forgot to mention I contacted corporate. I’m waiting for them to get back to me as to how they could give me some satisfaction regarding this poor experience. More

After having the car for over three weeks with multiple issues with the service department, it was finally fixed and we were told the sun roof was repaired and would not leak again. Two months later the sun roof leaked again and ruined the module that we just paid $2200 to replace. John the sales manger lied for two weeks stating that he was addressing this issue with upper management and never reported it. The service manager Mike Wallace lied multiple times stating they would cover the repair and manager Jeff refused to stand behind their work and fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. It has now been over two months with the car and they are now just telling us they will not cover the repair. Absolutely horrible customer service, they then attempted to buy our vehicle and get us to buy a new one!!! We will never purchase another Nissan made product and have reported your absolute failure to the Better Business Bureau. More
A sales person called me to ask if I wanted to sell my vehicle. Just after the estimate of $1,900 to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired at a different location, without being ripped off by their vehicle. Just after the estimate of $1,900 to repair the vehicle. These people are the best and super friendly. I was on my way home the day after Christmas and found out my alternator was out and there was no way I could drive home. I have a 1990 Nissan Rogue. I found the way home the day after Christmas and found out my alternator was out and there was no way I could drive home. I have a 1990 Nissan Rogue. I found these folks and even though they couldn’t get my car fixed till the day after and hence I would be stuck in Melbourne an extra night, they were great!! Shuttled me to cafe so i could wait for someone to pick me up (not many things were open on the 26th). Looked at it THAT afternoon to make sure it could be fixed, called me with updates and when I showed up at 10:30 am the next day, expecting to wait at a cafe for them to be done, the car was already DONE! And very reasonably priced.. IF only I lived down here I would go here all the time. Totally trust these guys and owe them everything for making this situation a lot easier than it could have been. Very shady, dishonest dealership. Will make verbal promises all day but you better read your paperwork twice because they will tell you one thing and then slip something else in the paperwork and play promises all day but you better read your paperwork twice because they will tell you one thing and then slip something else in the paperwork and play dumb when you call them out. Purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue @ Nissan of Melbourne. After 25,000 miles, the tranny went out. The warranty was just a few months expired. No support from nissan dealership on this. I went on to file cla After 25,000 miles, the tranny went out. The warranty was just a few months expired. No support from nissan dealership on this. I went on to file claim with Nissan customer service USA. They started the claim process, during which, I find out that Nissan USA customer service contacts the dealership for recommendations!! What input had they offered nissan? All maintenance had been performed to date, with all records in the glove compartment. It seemed a concerted effort on both to deny a satisfactory conclusion, which would have been at the least partial compensation for defective transmissions, which had been documented across the US.
