I wrote the above glowing review, but sadly, I have to update it with information about some recent poor experiences I've had. First, the wonderful people who treated me well over the summer are almost all gone from this location. The finance guy is at another Harte dealership. The general manager was let go. Most of the sales people I worked with are gone. The service department performs unrequested, unauthorized work and then lies through their teeth about it. Essentially, they stole 5 quarts of perfectly good synthetic oil from my engine and replaced it with inferior conventional oil with an unapproved additive without my knowledge or permission, and also put some sort of contaminant in my fuel tank, then tried to justify their actions by lying about all of it. They think I'm stupid, but I am far from it. The only reason my car was there was to have an auto-dimming mirror installed. I am beyond disappointed.
