THE WORST NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I bought a pre owned 2018 GTR that came without a SD card in the navigation system. The infotainment system n NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I bought a pre owned 2018 GTR that came without a SD card in the navigation system. The infotainment system never worked properly since i bought the vehicle, but i did not know why. I live 100 miles away from this dealership so i serviced my car at a Nissan dealership closer to me, which informed me why the infotainment system didn't work, and told me the car definitely should've came with an SD card in the navigation system ( i thought so too for 100 grand) so i called Nissan of new Rochelle and they said someone would call me back. Never happened. So i called again, same story, "someone will call you back". Nothing. After this went on about 20-25 times of calling a manager finally called me, and said he will take care of it. GREAT! Nothing happened. So i called again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. Each time they have the audacity to tell me that someone will call me back after transferring me multiple times and "taking down my phone number". This place is pathetic. Take your money elsewhere. You will save weeks of your life, white hairs, and a car that doesn't work. More

Cautionary Tale - Don't Do Business with them This is a cautionary tale! Every negative connotation of buying a used car you can possibly imagine is exactly what I experienced. I started b This is a cautionary tale! Every negative connotation of buying a used car you can possibly imagine is exactly what I experienced. I started by calling from cars.com on a 2014 Tesla that was advertised as available. I also mentioned I would look at a BMW there as well. I inform them of my 2 hour commute there, and to please warn me if it sells. Of course it's "sold " before I get there. I'm eventually hard sold into a BMW. After negotiating for an hour, we agree on a price and I'm later sent to finance. The vehicle drove fine on the stop and go ride home. The following morning, the vehicle misfires, sends a check engine code and dies on the entrance to the turnpike. I quickly rush the vehicle to a BMW dealership where they diagnose the problem as a list of fuel related parts. The vehicles extended warranty plan I purchased is reluctant to fix the vehicle as the finance department reported the wrong mileage on the paperwork. This takes 2 days to fix with Nissan, as they refuse to speak to me. Today is day 6 with my vehicle in service. I'm told the repairs will mostly be covered under the extended warranty, but not the spark-plugs and other maintenance parts. I finally get a hold of Adolfo, who condescending explains that my warranty will cover this; I can read and I'm aware of what they will cover, however, they will not cover spark plugs and maintenance parts. Adolfo refers to me as, "the guy who put bad gas in his car," this is ridiculous and pathetic way to divert blame. SMH! TL;DR - Dealer sold me a vehicle with problems. It breaks down within 24 hours. They blame me and refuse to help put. More

Liars Club MY use Leaf buying experience was my worst ever. A fish stinks from the head down. Do not trust Nicole [salesperson], Marty [mgr], and the GM Wayne. They acted like my concern were going to be addressed until I left with vehicle and now all I get is evasive maneuvers and LIES from GM Wayne Inniss.. Wayne said take vehicle to local dealership and get mileage issue checked out and they would reimbursement me for expense and I could return vehicle is unable to fix. All lies. My problem can't be fix and now all I get is the run around. I'm a retired Nissan salesman from Albany NY. We handle this problem with more class here. Vehicle would be accepted back and Money returned. The owner would have insisted own a peaceful, respectful, honorable resolution. This experience is a sad day and a step back in time for the Automobile business. I hope the money I spent was worth it. More
