Service specials could be more user friendly. I brought car in for 45k Miles maintenance. I wrongly assumed a special on oil change/tire rotation had been applied. When I called the next day to co I brought car in for 45k Miles maintenance. I wrongly assumed a special on oil change/tire rotation had been applied. When I called the next day to complain, i was given a free oil change/tire rotation for next time I come in. That’s why I gave 5 stars. I think available specials should be offered, and not on a don’t ask- don’t tell basis. More
