Everyone went out of their way to help us....even though I was upset about my car breaking down right before Christmas, the staff made it OK! I recently had some work done on the 2001 Honda CR-V that I purchased at Nissan of Norwich 5 years ago. I brought it in on Monday, 12/27/10 and didn't get it back until Thursday, 1/6/11 - almost 2 weeks! The I purchased at Nissan of Norwich 5 years ago. The check engine light was on and it was running rough. 2 1/2 hrs after I brought it in, they said it would take about 2 hrs to make the repairs. A few minutes later, they asked if they could keep it overnight, just to make sure they had enough time. It still wasn't ready the next day, so they paid for a rental car. Every day after that, they said it should be ready the next day; this went on until 1/6. We were charged over $200 for the rental car; as it turns out, they only offered to pay for the first day. I understand that they are a Nissan dealership and this was a Honda; so they said they were on the phone with Honda to get assistance with the repairs, but I still don't understand why it took so long to finish the repairs and why they weren't honest about how long it would take. It left me thinking they were either lying about how long it would take or that they had no clue what they were doing. Not a good feeling. My car seems to be running fine now, however. More
