Everyone at Nissan of Norwich was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership was super clean. All the people that I dealt with were polite and fun to work with. I never thought I'd be laughing and joking while buying a car! The financing was up front (I hate when you're told one price and then the dealership keeps coming up with different pricing). I can't say enough good things about my sale. I'm a little fish in the big sea, but Mario made me feel like I was important, and to me, that says it all! More

This has been the first and only time we have had such a positive experience at a dealership. Usually we leave feeling like we were being "used." I have always been treated great in the service department. I only put "OK" for the price because I was not happy to have to pay $550 to get mice out of my car...something you used to be able to d department.
