If you are looking to purchase a New or Uesd vehicle please go to another Dealer I purchased a new Nissan Rouge SL Premium June of 2021,with the Interior protection warranty plan. in September I start please go to another Dealer I purchased a new Nissan Rouge SL Premium June of 2021,with the Interior protection warranty plan. in September I started having problems with the seats having stains of them and they were getting harder to clean. I brought this to the service department. I was told they would look into it. I called was told that the they no longer have the Interior protection plan, that it is serviced by another company. I kept calling and asking to talk with the previous person that I spoke to at Nissan of Omaha, and was told the same thing on numerous occasions that the person I had talked to no longer works at the company. They would have to look into it and get back to me, no calls, then the next service time, I would talk to a new service manager, sales Manager. they would look at the seats and I would get the same answer, We will have to look into it, the previous person you spoke to is no longer with us, In June of 2023 I brought my frustration and concerns to an assistant Sales Manager Justin, he told me they would make an apointment to have the company with the interior protection plan come to there dealership and clean the seats and take care of the problem. I took 5 times for this company to try and take care of it. But in doing so they scraped and scrubbed on the material so muck it has destroyed the seat. Nissan of Omaha in September of 2023 got a new service Manager Sean. I told Sean first I was tired of the problem and how many times I was told that they would take care of it, Sean"s response he knew his job and he would take care of it. After maqny phone calls and drives to the Dealership and 9 months later I was told by Sean the service Manager that since the car was out of warranty, that nissaan would only cover have of the cost. Making my portion at $2800.00 dollars. So if your looking for a car go to a Different Dealership, Because Nissan O Omaha will do whatever it takes to get out of taking care of there waqrranties and customers. More

Wanted to give a shout out to Nissan of Omaha went an outstanding job. They did helping me find a new car greatly appreciate all they did my salesman. At one point it was like talking to a friend. Poor guy knows ALL about my chickens. I told him I didn’t want a new car, but wanted to buy out my lease. He was still very happy to help. There was a mix up when coming in to do the paperwork. No ones fault. Just a mix up. He made it up to me by having my ‘new’ car detailed. When I decide to purchase another car, I will call to ask when Josh works. I hope Nissan of Omaha values him because someone else would. More

Stopped here after going to the chevy dealer where we were about to buy a blazer. We talked to Logan, who through his impressive customer service, attention to detail, and personality, outshined everyo were about to buy a blazer. We talked to Logan, who through his impressive customer service, attention to detail, and personality, outshined everyone at the chevy dealer, and we ended up buying an altima from him instead. Two radically different autos, and two radically different people seeking them. He took the time and the effort to explain and show everything on the car, take us out for test drives on more than one car, and just talk to us like normal people, not just another sale. I've bought a lot of cars in my life, and Logan has been, by far, the best person at dealership I've worked with. Josh. More
