bait-and-switch Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. I was looking for a good safe car for my daughter who is turning 16 next month. I called on a Kia Sorento that Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park had advertised on Cars.com for $12,000. It was the car she liked, the color I knew she liked, it was All Wheel Drive and low enough miles that I knew it would get her through college. I discussed the car in detail with their salesperson and everything sounded good and since this Florida dealership had over 1,000 5 star reviews, I felt comfortable buying the car from Washington State. I asked to put a deposit on the car so I could have it inspected (since I was buying from the other side of the country) and was told that they would do that after I had the inspection. I paid for an inspection which was completed later that same day. When everything came back great on the car inspection report, I asked them to write up the paperwork so I could wire funds to buy the car and schedule the shipping company to pick it up. 2 days late (and several calls requesting the paperwork), I finally got a call back to tell me that the Sales Manager had jacked up the price from $12,000 to $14,500. Isn't this what most of us would call bait-and-switch? According to the CarFax, the dealership bought the car in April; now, in late July, they have someone who wants to sign on the dotted line and they jack up the price, after the fact? The salesman told me that the Sale Manager had increase the cost because I was paying cash and not doing a trade-in. In the ad I printed off Cars.com, it stated that there was a $795 "pre-delivery service fee" (even though the car was pretty dirty inside and out and it was clear that the car had spent substantial time on dirt roads and not washed during the 3 months the dealership had it from the photos the inspector sent me), $295 "electronic filing fee", and $1,000 "no trade-in fee". After we got off the phone, I pulled up the ad again on Cars.com and the ad still showed those additional fees, but now showed an INCREASED price of $14,500. AFTER I had been trying to pay cash for this car for several days. I discussed this with the salesman and told him that what the Sales Manager did was not right; that this was unethical, unprofessional, and deceptive. I asked for the Sales Manager to call me with no response. I also called the front desk and asked them have the Sales Manager to call me, but still no response. Unfortunate, no one in management had ever called. I'm just disappointed that a dealership that supposedly has 1100 five star reviews on Cars.com would do something like this. Are those reviews fake? Now seeing their reviews on Google and their "F" rating with the BBB, this all makes sense. I'm a pretty reasonable guy. I don't get mad easy, but this is just wrong. If you're considering buying a car from Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park, please be very careful. More

Difficulties with online setup after purchase Chris was friendly and respectful of my time. Despite this, the entire process took far longer than necessary, and for some reason NissanConnect does Chris was friendly and respectful of my time. Despite this, the entire process took far longer than necessary, and for some reason NissanConnect does not believe I am the owner of my vehicle (VIN is assigned to a different owner?!) so I can not access NissanConnect to set anything up. The on screen set up is confusing and time consuming, perhaps because I am unable to utilize the app. I uploaded proof of ownership, and my case will be handled in "1 to 2 business days". More
