Buying a car is (for me) so overwhelming but they made the experience very comfortable. They are extremely competent, went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood everything about buying a new car, they took the time to work with me individually with positive attitudes and I really felt valued and respected. Jay Simison in finance gave me feedback about my credit report that was very helpful, definitely above and beyond service. I didn't expect to get a great interest rate and affordable monthly payment on a brand-new car but Fuccillo made that happen for me. I walked away with my first new car and a cruise! My car is beautiful and it was perfect and shiny when I drove it off the lot and I'm confident the maintenance I'll be receiving will be fantastic. The maintenance and warranties provided are very comprehensive and made me feel very comfortable buying a new car. I highly recommend the folks at Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park. More
