I went into it knowing exactly what I wanted, however I wasn’t sure about the “new” dealership in town with the over the top personality you hear on the radio, so I decided to start with an internet connection, which turned into a phone call and an appointment the next morning. Every person I met that day was outstanding from Jenn to Chris, and to Kendrick. Kendrick stayed with me throughout the process. Jay in Finance-he was also outstanding. The others Colby, Marcus, and Mike all found interesting ways to connect with me, as well. I have bought many cars in my days, but this is the very first time I didn’t feel nervous or have to be looking out for the scam. I got a great offer on my car and a great deal on the new too. All in all I cannot express enough my thanks and great experience. This dealership earned my business this week. But also my business in the future.
