I'm a widow of a Vietnam Veteran who died very young from PTSD. I get SSI and have 2 part time jobs that pay me in cash, making my income around 3k a month. I don't have pay stubs and my credit is fair. Fucillo is no different than any other big dealership. Spent hours there even came back a second day and they couldn't help me. They advertise they can finance everyone. Even though, From the first Moment I talked to Sara Hall on the phone where she ran my credit, and said "this is very duable," down to almost the moment Dale Donaldson said sorry can't help you I was told they could help me. What a crock! I'm just very disappointed. More
Paid unnecessary money for a part not needed To make a long story short I was told I needed a new battery by service advisor Michelle and paid $159.99 for a new batrey when it was my key fog that To make a long story short I was told I needed a new battery by service advisor Michelle and paid $159.99 for a new batrey when it was my key fog that lost connection with the vehicle. My vehicle would not crank because my key could not be detected. The lights in my car and the horn worked so it was not the battery and when the person that came to tow the vehicle tested the battery said it was definitely not the battery. Michelle said once the battery in the key fog was replaced with the right battery ( I had a 2032 she replaced it with a 2025) the car did crank but the rpm was going down. The battery in the vehicle was a factory battery that came with the vehicle and was suppose to have a 84 month warranty so why would it go bad in 2 1/2 years? In the end the key fog had to be reprogrammed and my vehicle works find now. The battery was NEVER the problem.I also asked her to make sure the battery that was replaced was returned to me and left in my car, well the battery was not given back to me and when I called and left a message on her voicemail about the return of the battery she never returned the call. More

Recall # R1807 Brought our 2015 Murano in to have the ABS actuator checked because of a recall. This actuator had already been replaced in March 2017 under recall PC Brought our 2015 Murano in to have the ABS actuator checked because of a recall. This actuator had already been replaced in March 2017 under recall PC 4821. Maybe needed to check the replacement? Nevertheless in and out in less than an hour. Always been treated well.
