Service of leaky roof I went in for a leak in my sunroof. The service rep was courteous and explained the problem and what they were going to do to fix it. They also found my battery was low, which I suspected and got that changed out. I was able to use my laptop in the lounge and do my work while I waited. Being that it was a 3rd party vendor, there were many issues that needed to be dealt with. I was traveling and this repair was being done in a time frame that was very tight. Even though the 3rd party warranty company dropped the ball several times, Michelle's vigilance to customer satisfaction paid off. She was able to get the warranty work done and fully covered within a very short time frame. The workmanship was excellent and I have had no issues since the repair. More
