Even when I became annoyed for whatev The young lady at the front service desk I believe her name was Michelle, she was very polite and accommodating. Even when I became annoyed for whatever reason (typical customer) she held her professional composure and treated me like a human being, despite my attitude. She broke down what I didn't understand barney style and even though I was offered some discount, I left without purchasing any service.However, I did return the next day just because of how I was treated (well) and she did follow through with the offer presented to me the day prior. I proceeded to get my vehicle serviced at this location even though I initially planned to wait and get it serviced at my home state. Well done Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park! I will be sure to come back to this location when I am in town to service my vehicle if needed! Also, with the little interaction I had with all the workers there in the waiting room (they all greet you and acknowledge your existence as you pass them by) I was truly impressed.
