I was able to drive up to the service area and greeted immediately. It took some time for them to pull my car in the service shop. I was waiting for about 4 hours to get a fix on a recall notice I receive immediately. It took some time for them to pull my car in the service shop. I was waiting for about 4 hours to get a fix on a recall notice I received from Nissan. They informed me 2 hours but 3 hours in they informed me about the time and offered to Uber me anywhere which was nice. I decided to stay and was greeted by Whitney and she helped me fully understand what needed work and the video was detailed on what I needed done ASAP. Great customer service besides the big wait time. More
