I was extremely disappointed in the entire car buying experience. Although I used Automotive Fresh Start Program, not one of your employees acknowledged me or thanked me for purchasing a vehicle. Secondl experience. Although I used Automotive Fresh Start Program, not one of your employees acknowledged me or thanked me for purchasing a vehicle. Secondly, I had to wait almost 2 hours to receive my car because it was not detailed. In addition, your finance person who too busy to help me with the paperwork so the Fresh Start representative assisted me with it and I did not receive a copy of any paperwork. I literally bought a car and did not get any copies. No bill of sale, no registration. I was so frustrated when I left I didn't realize this until I was headed to work today. Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back was you didn't even put gas in the car. I will never purchase another vehicle from Coggin Nissan of Orange Park again. More

When I say this is the place that you want to buy a vehicle......go! The customer service experience alone is like none I’ve ever encountered before when making a vehicle purchase!
