Stay far away. Man, I wish I had read some reviews before dealing with these crooks. Before I ever stepped foot in the place I asked if the "advantage plan" was a requirement and was told no by 2 different s dealing with these crooks. Before I ever stepped foot in the place I asked if the "advantage plan" was a requirement and was told no by 2 different salesmen. I eventually came to an agreement on price only to get in the finance office ( after hours of waiting) and the numbers were changed from what we agreed on. When asked about the price change I was told that I had to get the advantage plan. Also there should've been another rebate of 3,000 dollars that was totally removed from the break down sheet once I got to the finance office. When I asked about the 2,100 charge on my break down sheet I was told that it was GAP insurance and it was not. It ended up being some optional wraparound insurance that I never asked for nor was it even explained to me. They just added it to my final bill. They also didn't honor the price on their website, so don't go in there thinking that you will get the advertised price. I spent a total of about 6 hours in that place. By the time that I found out that they were crooks it was wayyyyyy too late in the game. If you still desire to purchase a car from these folks, be sure to READ every piece of paper before you add your signature on that little cute electronic desk tablet. It was a total waste of my day because I had to spend another hour in the finance office going back and forth with the finance guy about my final charges. Also, even though I told the salesman that I wasn't interested in having any other credit applications being ran aside from my pre-approval company they still put three hits on my credit when it should've only been one. You have been warned. Stay far away! Update: 10/26/20 The finance manager just called me a liar because I wanted to cancel the contract for this extra insurance that I didn't agree to.( I was actually thinking it was the insurance that came with the car warranty) More
