Nissan of orange park is now Fuccillo Nissan of Orange park. I was going to trade in my Ford Escape & buy a Nissan Rogue with their cruise, big screen tv & brand new laptop promo. I signed their offer let park. I was going to trade in my Ford Escape & buy a Nissan Rogue with their cruise, big screen tv & brand new laptop promo. I signed their offer letter for the trade in value of my vehicle along with my consent to do a credit inquiry to find available financing on a Friday evening. They said that they couldn’t get a definitive answer from the lenders so they told me to call & come back later. I called on Saturday, they said come back Monday. I was on the way to the dealership on Monday after work and they told me that no one would finance me & the way they told me wasn’t even professional, I had to hound them to get an answer which my salesperson said they couldn’t via text. He didn’t even have the decency to call me to let me know. Disappointed with the experience overall I stopped my new car pursuit until a month or 2 later when I saw my credit report. There were literally a million hard inquiry requests all dated the same date. I called Fuscillo to talk to the finance manager & I told them that due to the number of inquiries they submitted on my behalf now I am not in as good of position to trade in my car per my credit score. Something seemed fishy so I asked about the lender responses because my credit wasn’t that bad that all of those inquiries would all return negative results. He told me that they discard their records after 90 days of signature. I was calling him on day 92. I subsequently called each and every creditor that did an inquiry and found that that 3rd one down I did indeed receive a loan from the lender but due to dealer inactivity did not continue with the loan. Fuscillo straight lied to me saying the lenders wouldn’t give me a loan when that was false. They are a garbage dealership and I wouldn’t never recommend them to anyone. More

The worst car buying experience that I have ever had. Purchased vehicle on 11/19...39 days later 3 visits back...salesman don’t return calls...was told the tires where good....had them checked 2 are not.. Purchased vehicle on 11/19...39 days later 3 visits back...salesman don’t return calls...was told the tires where good....had them checked 2 are not...trim/grill issue that was fixed 12/27 the service advisor Marshall Taylor was great took care of that problem and I Thank You...so now I have tire issues called about 6 times and left message as of today no call back wouldn’t be the first time... to chat with salesman because it’s a-must to talk to them first...just want things taken care of very disappointed with this transaction...I know the dealership has new owner I just hope and pray that they treat there customers right... but I see some old employees are still there...it’s not right and I just wouldn’t want this to happen to other people just to sell a car...BBB is my next step... More
