Terrible Experience, Terrible Communication I had an appointment scheduled for November 14th at 1:00. I flew from out of state to buy a ca only for it to be sold when I got there. No one called I had an appointment scheduled for November 14th at 1:00. I flew from out of state to buy a ca only for it to be sold when I got there. No one called or anything to let me know that there was a pending sale or the car was already sold. I wasted my time and money trying to buy a car from them. I tried to get in touch with a manger and I keep getting told that someone will call me back but no one has called back after about 3 weeks. I’m just seeking reimbursement for my time and money wasted due to the poor communication on the dealerships part. More

went to look at a used vehicle I went to the dealership to look at used car Test drove and discovered it had not been inspected and serviced as noted on website. Vehicle had broken windshield which Mr. Bright said after 30 days of owner insurance would replace it. Knew I was credit challenged and asked him not to pull more than 3 reports That was 3 days ago and they have pulled 11 It is very disheartening to learn that this salesman is not honoring my request I spoke to him 10 minutes ago and he indicated finance manager would call have not heard back. Just reached out to Walt Sanders which referred me to Mr. Bright I am looking to see if he is a man of his word and will have someone call me back I spoke to Mr. Bright at 5:23 and Mr Sanders at 6:05 spoke with Sybil at 6:18 and she indicated dealership was not pulling reports and abruptly ended conversation More
