We called, leaving messages, but struggled to get replies in a timely manner. We had to drive back out there three times to get answers to our questions. It took a week to get my car and we finally agreed to take it before it was detailed since we desperately wanted our car. My suggestion to the dealership would be a workshop on the importance of prompt responses. No one appreciates being put on the back burner especially after spending thousands on a car. More

Last Saturday, before I knew it, I was driving a brand new Nissan just because the deal made huge sense to me. It exceded my expectations by far. No pressure, no mind games, just transparentcy when negotiating at the table. Honestly, the numbers convinced me an made me think I was getting an awesome deal that I could not refuse. "I had to rub my eye to make sure I wasn't having problems with my vision". I stopped at this dealership not knowing what to expect but at the end of the day it was the best decision I made that day. One week later, I'm still enjoying my new Rouge an enjoying the ride with great satisfaction. It is my best new car buying experience ever thanks to the Fuccillo team, Chris & Sanchez. I'll just wrap with these words: ITS HUGE!!! I recomend Fuccillo Nissan OF Orange Park to all my friends, family members, and to anyone reading this review. Thanks. More

Do your research! My salesperson could not answer questions about the products he was selling. the payments that were promised are not what was given.
