Very bad service department One time a service member was rude towards the end of the day when asked how long for an oil change. Service department does not communicate well at One time a service member was rude towards the end of the day when asked how long for an oil change. Service department does not communicate well at all. Something that took 2 hrs took almost 8 hrs for a phone call to say the car was done. They assume it is ok to keep a car overnight to replace a key fob. When calling and leaving messages you won’t get a call back.( left 4 messages). Calling the service manager don’t bother!! Voice mail is full.!! The sales end of the dealership was really good but the service department sucks!!!! More
