The service center is absolutely terrible. They do not return calls back, they give you attitude when they feel like you are bothering them and the service manager will not handle issues. On more than 2 occasions my car was sent in and they kept it for weeks at a time costing me money for a diagnosis they constantly missed. I absolutely would not recommend them. More

I called and made an appointment to have my tires changed four tires at 9:30 AM and reschedule d at 1:30 PM and after waiting an hour in the waiting area I was informed that my tires were not ordered and I h four tires at 9:30 AM and reschedule d at 1:30 PM and after waiting an hour in the waiting area I was informed that my tires were not ordered and I have to return on Monday at 9:32 get tires put on my car when I’m trying to go out of town for a funeral. This was a big inconvenience and very unprofessional. T the distance one way is 30 minutes. From my home I hope I will be compensated in one way or another for my inconvenience before I can recommend this service center to anyone. I will speak with the supervisor on Monday.
