No haggle price… Not really! If you're looking for a car dealership to purchase your next vehicle from, I would highly recommend avoiding Nissan of Richmond. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite seeing a luxury car (Silver BMW X3) listed online for one price on multiple used car sites (3/6/23), I soon discovered that this was a dishonest tactic by the dealership. After calling and attempting to speak with someone for three days, I finally got in touch with a manager "Darrin" on 3/8/23 who informed me that the car, when I called for the fourth time, was actually $6,000 more than the advertised price, due to "taxes and fees." This is a blatant example of false advertising and deceptive practices. Furthermore, as an out-of-state buyer, I found it incredibly unprofessional that no one, not one person, from the dealership returned my calls for three days. The only communication I received was through text messages, which is not an appropriate way to handle important details surrounding a major purchase. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Their unethical pricing practices and lack of professionalism in customer service make for a terrible car buying experience. I believe that a rating of 2 out of 5 is far too generous, and this dealership deserves an even lower rating. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your car buying needs!
