Service was okay until we gave our credit info for possible numbers…the monthly payment was higher than our budget and so we were trying to work something out but the rep got really hostile…it was a v possible numbers…the monthly payment was higher than our budget and so we were trying to work something out but the rep got really hostile…it was a visible shift (which I know was not in my head) because not long after that he “thanked” us for coming in, essentially dismissing us 😲 very disappointing. Even if he felt like he wasn’t going to make a sale, professionalism requires it be handled better than “okay thanks for coming in”. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

The service counter attendant was very very ingaged and took the time to clearly explain the process. I had ordered parts from the parts department and she retrieved those and combine them all into one ser took the time to clearly explain the process.
