Staff was very friendly and they were able to put me in the car I was looking for. My only negative remark would be, all there inventory was kept in a separate location and had to be brought up to me to vi the car I was looking for. They were extremely thorough, and even though it did take a little bit longer than expected they made up for ten fold. Not a good experience this time. An oil change, wash and vacuum took 3 hours. Evidently, several people did not show up for work . Usually it takes 1 hour. The mechanic did not tell me they would charge just to check a light (something free at autozone). It was $188 to do something that should have been free. And WHY would he not tell me that it would be tha check a light (something free at autozone). It was $188 to do something that should have been free. And WHY would he not tell me that it would be that much? Absolutely absurd. He didn’t tell me until it was already done and threatened to hold my car hostage if I did not pay. They would not be reasonable and take it off. I was a consistent customer but never will I be cheated like that again. More
