I had my Nissan Kicks towed to Nissan of Richmond. The service advisor called me when my car arrived and called me within an hour to explain that I needed a new battery. I ask to have the oil change since my car was there. He was personable and answered all of my questions. My car was ready in a couple of hours. The great news was the cost of the battery and the oil change was less than I would have paid at the auto store. The service advisor arranged for me to pick up my keys from the sales department since they are open until 8PM. Based on this experience I will take my car back to Nissan of Richmond when I need service. More

I took the time to come down arriving at 9am, they already had my information which was given when the appointment was made. Now arriving at 9am they wanted my info again. I was not paired with the person I initially spoke to but they gave me Orlando Reyes, this kid was just the typical sale rep trying to get you to buy the car. No i dont need it for the price hike they were trying to get me to pay $19k + with all their bs add on, processing and recon fee. But when I asked them show me what you did to the car they could not. So we settled on a price. I know delt Yusuf this guy was so full of crap as the finance, they never got back to me about my hard plates, I got my own emissions done and sent it to both of them, not a word or call just Orlando sending me text message asking for this review. Well i got ahold or Ariel she is the best she got me squared away. This review is not about her, Just Orlando and Yusuf, they are con artist with poor customer service. Never trust Nissan RVA ….
