The customer service was good, but I scheduled and appointment for a state inspection and I spent 3 hours there for that. After being told that I needed windshields wipers I spent another 45 minutes i appointment for a state inspection and I spent 3 hours there for that. I found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership (Wayne) to confirm availability. I was told the vehicle was on the lot and he would be there until 7pm. We talked and he said he would call me back (Wayne) to confirm availability. I was told the vehicle was on the lot and he would be there until 7pm. We talked and he said he would call me back with financing info. After calling again leaving a message I started the two hour drive to the dealership. While driving an online sales individual called me (as I had done the financing pre approval online). She was working on my numbers and confirmed who I would speak to when I got to the dealership. A few minutes later another person called me saying he would be there when we arrived, at that point I was 40 minutes away from the dealership. When I was 15 minutes from the dealership I received a text from the dealership number stating the car had gone to auction. I pulled into the lot a few minutes later, saw the vehicle still on the lot even though I had received a text saying it went to auction. Also the doors to the dealership were locked. I walked around the side and the off duty employees smoking said they closed early. While speaking to those employees the online sales people called me back and said the vehicle was still showing in the inventory and their records show the dealership should be open. No communication between the two sides of the dealership and I’m having to drive back home two hours without a vehicle as they did not have their operation coordinated between the departments. More
The Service tech that I delt with was amazing. I believe her last name was Washington. She was very attentive and very friendly. Seemed like I was a burden to his day as well as zero customer attentiveness. I didn't get his name because he didn't even introduce himself. Made me feel like i was in the wrong when it was him who was trying to approach me with an offer. More
