I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my car in 2018. Today is the first time I am disgusted with the customer service. Bring Chandra back. And the person was very rude telling me “this is what happens when you come to the dealership.” Mind you, I got my car now inspected here last year and it took 45 min. I will have to start going to the other dealership until they hire more kind and capabale staff. More

both times I had an appt. for service the service time was horrible. the fist time in Sept. 2021 I had appt. for free oil change and was told 2 hours so I looked for and tes for service the service time was horrible. the fist time in Sept. 2021 I had appt. for free oil change and was told 2 hours so I looked for and test drove a few cars but you did not have my color so I asked for my car 3 hrs later and it still was not serviced. The second time I again was told 2 hours and it took well over 3 and was overcharged and then had to call for a cashier after waiting several minutes and missed my Dr. appt. Not sure I'll return for service again More
