Nissan of Richmond did not make us feel comfortable, it seemed every conversation required two or three calls to a manager or some other unseen person. Their add-on charges plus taxes (mostly their add-ons) added $4,000 to the bottom line number they presented to us. The negotiation required input from numerous persons at the dealership. We did not come away with a good feeling about this dealership. More
