Do not go this place if they want your used car. They will coerce into asking over and over again for it. Do not trust the guy named Stephon or the guy that comes out talks to you. Just run. I purchased a used car from the dealership. Staff was friendly enough and purchase went smooth. During the state inspection I was informed by the sales manager, Harry, that the battery was dyin Staff was friendly enough and purchase went smooth. During the state inspection I was informed by the sales manager, Harry, that the battery was dying and they would replace it. The car wouldn’t start the next evening and I discovered the battery had not been replaced. So I went to the auto parts store at 7:30pm to purchase a new battery and test confirmed the battery from the vehicle was indeed dead. I emailed the salesman, Cody, about the issue, provided pictures of the battery, battery test results, receipt, and asked if the dealership would make it right. No response for 48 hours. I started calling, would get placed on hold and eventually the call would get disconnected. This happened several times. I sent more emails, more phone calls, online chat with customer service before eventually I was told the check would be in the mail the next day. 30 days later, nothing. I’ve requested to speak to the sales manager and GM multiple times. Never received a follow up. The dealership makes it impossible to call anyone directly. You call a general number, continuously get shuffled around and put on hold before the call is disconnected. At this point I’m going to chalk it up as a loss for dealing with an untrustworthy dealership. I would rather have been told to kick rocks from the beginning, instead of getting jerked around. Anyone purchasing a car should do so from a different dealership. More
