I would like to discuss the situation further. After Sam told me he wasn't making any money off the deal, he talked to the guy in the back office via telephone and said if I agree to paying $500 more I could have the car. Well I said yes because I needed a vehicle and I was tired of the way I was spoken to. Honestly, I feel I shouldn't of had to pay another $500. He knew From the beginning I had my financing all taken care of. Not once did he say the deal was contingent on the dealerships financing not once. Next day I come in to do paper work to buy the car and he tells me no, not at the price we negotiated, because I would not finance through you. I can't believe he said to me he wasn't making any money off the sale. To make this right, I would like my additional $500 back. On a positive note, Mike was great, kind and respectful.
