At this dealership they lure you in with a good sales price listing, but when the paperwork is completed they try to add $5-$6k for location fees or reconditioning fees. I bought a brand new vehicle from price listing, but when the paperwork is completed they try to add $5-$6k for location fees or reconditioning fees. I bought a brand new vehicle from here and within the week I had electrical issues that kept my car in the shop for a week for repairs. I told my salesperson about all of this and wanted to trade in for another vehicle just for a peace of mind. He was willing to work with me and I was told I was considered to be a VIP customer, we’ll if this is how you treat VIP I don’t want any part of it anymore.!The car I purchased brand new from here was listed at 21,500 and because I was now trading in this same car they wanted to offer me $4k less than what I paid bc it’s now considered use! Long story short they don’t care about the customers they just want to make the most money off of you!!! The crazy part is the car I was trying to trade for was the same price as the other one I bought but with my trade in, I would now be financing for 33k and that’s when I walked out. Run away from this place if you’re wise… More
My car was dropped off the night of 12/1 for service to be on 12/2 at 8am. At 1pm we contacted the dealership to check the status and they had not yet started the services needed. I was told they would cal be on 12/2 at 8am. At 1pm we contacted the dealership to check the status and they had not yet started the services needed. I was told they would call right back- at 3pm I had to call them again and was told my car would be ready in an hour.. At 4:30 we were finally able to pick up he vehicle, it went unnoticed at first but we had no paper work of the services provided, no sticker placed in the windshield to let us know when to return, and the service required warning was still displayed on dashboard (Matt had to have turned that off by hitting “OK” when they pulled the car around because it was not displayed on the screen until the car was turned off and then turned back on) Of course they were not answering the phone at 4:55pm when I realized there was no paperwork and the code on the dash so I called the following day. I was told that they had completed all the services needed everything else was an oversight….. Nissan of Richmond had my car the entire day and I was told just because you have an appointment at a certain time doesn’t mean your car will be serviced at that time it’s just put into the Q… So if I was sitting and waiting for it you mean to tell me I’d have to stay at your dealership from 8a to 4:30p???? How can I even trust that the services were actually completed on my Vehicle? No paperwork, No sticker, Code still on dash and you had my car literally the entire day… I’ve had my 2020 Nissan serviced about 4 times and 3 of the 4 times were awful!!! I think I made a mistake switching from Toyota to Nissan… More
The service representative answered several questions and explained in detail what the service would include. He also alerted me to items which will need attention in the near future. explained in detail what the service would include. He also alerted me to items which will need attention in the near future. I left car there for 3 days, they did and charged for factory diagnostics and came up with nothing but a $151.00 bill. Very disappointed.. I will have to find a repair shop somewhere else. factory diagnostics and came up with nothing but a $151.00 bill. Very disappointed.. I will have to find a repair shop somewhere else. More
