Dropped off my car for an oil change and to get serviced. Got a call first thing in the morning the next day during service and called back only to be offered a deal for my car, said no thanks and serviced. Got a call first thing in the morning the next day during service and called back only to be offered a deal for my car, said no thanks and then went on with service, got a call later on to say I need to replace a couple things to pass inspection, fine no problem. Came in and picked up my car that afternoon, drove it home to see the check engine light remained on and still on a day later, also noticed my car still had the old oil change sticker on it and come to find out it was never done even though way passed due for one and was dropped off for one. It just feels wrong that it passed inspection needing an oil change and having the check engine light on, but if I knew all there was about cars I wouldn’t be bringing it to the dealer I suppose. My one star is for the fact that it just felt lazy, and given the sales call early on in the process feels like I’m having smoke blown up my butt. I’ll now have to take my car in again somewhere for an oil change which time being valuable compels the one star review. More

I was completely scammed to drive one hour one way to come test drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I called in and spoke with a Tony and re-emphasized that I was driving one way to come do so and asked that he was sure the vehicle was there? “No problem Bro”, I was told. When I got there I was eventually told by the Gm that he was their internet guy and there was no car. I repeated that I had spoken with him and that he told me he was in Richmond. He had also texted me so when I followed up with him the next day he continued to lie to me and then stopped responding. BUYER BEWARE. Clearly this was just a scam to get me in the door.I wouldn’t even buy a can of soup from these people. More
