I was very pleased with my experience with Nissan of Richmind. When I dropped my car off for service there was no waiting, I was in and out. Later in the day, I checked on the progress and asked about Richmind. When I dropped my car off for service there was no waiting, I was in and out. Later in the day, I checked on the progress and asked about an oil change. They added that service to my ticket although it was late in the day. Worst scammers in town. They told my daughter she was approved for a low rate with Nissan. THEY NEVER SENT A REQUEST TO NISSAN!!! Instead they hit my credit over a half dozen times with every bank they approved for a low rate with Nissan. THEY NEVER SENT A REQUEST TO NISSAN!!! Instead they hit my credit over a half dozen times with every bank they could find. We went to another dealership who was able to honor the price they “made up” PLUS gave us 15 yr warranty on the drive train. Richmond Nissan said that was not a thing. Whatever. Stay far away from this place. More

I ordered 4 winter tires a few weeks ago when I had my car serviced. At the appointment time, tge tired weren’t in. I scheduled to return that Thursday, tires weren’t in yet. $2500 and about 3 weeks late car serviced. At the appointment time, tge tired weren’t in. I scheduled to return that Thursday, tires weren’t in yet. $2500 and about 3 weeks later, I have no new tires. No one has called me. Ive called 3 times and was told someone will call me back. No one has yet returned my call. At this point, I want my money for the tires back!!! I will not call back again but will go there Saturday to get my thousand dollars back! More
