I'm ambivalent as to the service here, some due to process and some starting at the parts warehouse. First, went in for a seat and headrest replacement. Was told "we'll call you in 3 days". No one told me it was a 3-day process, nor was a loaner car offered. I needed a car to use the next day, and, when I called for a loaner, was told- we don't have any. I called again and asked for the rental service, and was told there was an old civic I could use. I went to get car and had to go to service for the "OK". After waiting for some time, my car was ready :) and the all weather mats had come in. When I tried to install, there was one part that did not fit my model of car. :( "Oh, someone just put the wrong part in the box- gotta re- order, you can come back another day and get it." :( When I went back, they had a hard time finding both boxes of items. As they were looking, I was parked in the service drive- through, and a service guy told me to move my car forward, which I did. Still waiting for my all weather mats to be found, the same service guy said- you cannot leave your car here- you've gotta move it :/ I said- keys are in it and he took it out of service area completely and parked it in front lot. (Geez- it was after 5p- relax, dude) Still have to go back for captains chairs because the seats were the wrong color :/ Also, the detailing is not great- I usually need to send back for another try I was told, when I bought my car, that I needed to go thru the salesman to set up detail appt- this last time I was waiting, I found out my salesman was no longer there. I had called earlier to set up detail time, and was given Yousef's extension, his mailbox was full. So, i went to dealership and asked for the F&N guy, he never came to speak to me, just sent a message that i should just come in, no appt. More
