Management was horrible and they tried to ignore my issue. They admitted the sales rep was wrong and rude but they would not let me file a complaint. This was the most atrocious customer service/sales issue. They admitted the sales rep was wrong and rude but they would not let me file a complaint. This was the most atrocious customer service/sales experience of all time. I was contacted by Nissan for an offer appointment. I checked with the rep to see if I could just start the process and get the information I needed and he said it wouldn’t be a problem. Immediately when I was greeted by Michael I felt like he was being nasty and judgmental. I feel like my treatment was in part racially motivated. He laughed in my face when I gave him my ID and he even looked at his manager and rolled his eyes. When I asked if they could just start the process as a first time buyer I was not cerain about everything. He then stared being even more rude and condescending as if I was there to waste his time. Without bothering to ask me for details or what I wanted, he automatically stared that I probably wanted a car that is associated with a sexist and racist stereotype. I even told Michael he was making me feel like I didnt belong there and he did nothing to clarify that it was not his intention to make me feel this way. I plan on talking to the BBB If needed because it felt like everyone in the dealership was trying to cover up and make it go away. More
