Bought a Nissan altima from this dealership that included free oil changes for life and they said they don't do that anymore. Then told wife she needed repairs for 200 something dollars, then charged her 300 free oil changes for life and they said they don't do that anymore. I was a little disappointed although that may be unfair. I had a service which would only take 1 hour. I dropped it off at 4:00 the day before my appointment. At 9:30 on the day of the appointment, I rec I had a service which would only take 1 hour. I dropped it off at 4:00 the day before my appointment. At 9:30 on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the Service area asking Me exactly what they were supposed to be fixing. I found this disconcerting since I had checked the vehicle in with a service advisor. The needed replacement part was identified and being held in the parts department under my name. I did not get the car back until 4 PM when I was hoping for it much earlier. More
