I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rouge in July of 2021. I was told by Mr. Bull to call back in 14 days, I continued to call and no response. Each time I called for Mr. Bull I was told by the receptionist that he was with a customer, I left several messages for a return call in which I never got. In my vehicle the AWD light came on in the dash. I called once again and asked for the service department and never did get a answer. I called back and asked for Mr. Bull still no response, the reception said he is with a customer. I called back to asked to speak to the owner or a manager, I was told that neither was in and someone name Paula will be in around 2 pm and would give me a call. Paula did call and I explained to her everything that was going on. She informed me that she would give me a call back herself, in which she NEVER did. Mr. Bull did call and setup the appointment for the service department. Then when I bought the vehicle in to be serviced it was a recall on it that I was never notified about. Nissan Of Richmond really SUCKS and Paula and Mr. Bull are very Bad at helping customers out and keeping their word. I will never purchase from any dealership they are affiliated with. They only good experience there was with the salesman Michael and the service department Chandra.
