First Problem a few years ago. I took my Nissan Murano to have my idle relearned. You/they charged me 2 or 3 hours labor without result. They said the car had oil leak from the valve cover gasket. I told them, i just replaced it thats why need to fix the idle. Thay said. you need to get it fixed here the leak. I just paid for the labor then i drove to Spicer Nissan in ashland. They did it for a few minutes and charged me just 1/2 hour. Secondly. I took my nissan leaf to find out about the level 1 charging is not working (only the chademo is working). I just drove the car from MD to VA charged 3 times on the road. by the time i got here (richmond) my battery was very low and was late. I called my wife to pull the leaf with my truck just to get to the nissan dealer. the following day the service adviser told me that the on board charging is bad and need to be replaced. He said the cost is about close to $3K. I told him, i will postpone the repair, can you charge the car with chademo. He said your chademo is not working. WHAAT??? I asked him if the technician did something wrong so that the chademo is not working. I told him before i dropped it off here it was fine. i charged it 3 times from MD. He said yes its not working now. Finally, I picked up the car and brought my truck to pull it behind my truck. I took it to chademo charging station. it was working fine until today. I don't know what the technician did. Did they really check my car? or just parked it at the lot. Why they didn't even bother to charge it knowing that i paid $300s for it. I heard a lot of bad stories about this dealer when I tell this story.
