Very shady dealings. Definite bait and switch. Found a car online which was fairly priced. After test driving and sitting down to discuss numbers, they tack on another 6K Definite bait and switch. We end up negotiating the price down to a reasonable number and go to finance where they try to do a hard sell on gap protection plans, which I decline. Among all the things I had to sign, he has me sign one of those electronic signature pads which he says is acknowledging that they offered the gap and I declined. The car was Certified Pre-Owned but they "didn't have the CPO packet" and would overnight it to me on Monday. After I get home and look through the paperwork, I see they added $449 for the Total Protection Wrap which I had declined and I have yet to receive the CPO information packet. Everyone I reach out to refers me to someone else. I asked to have the TPL cancelled and refunded and was told by Michael Jackson, the finance guy, that "The TPL is charged to all deals it is an add on that’s non neg and it was included in your out the door number you guys agreed on so that’s not cancelable or refunded." When I pointed out that the paper work states it can be cancelled within 30 days and clearly states "YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO THIS GUARANTEE IN ORDER TO PURCHASE, LEASE OR OBTAIN FININCING FOR A VEHICLE", he responded "That is a question for Harry the Sales manager to discuss with him ." DO NOT buy from this dealership!! More
