I wrote a negative review earlier, but I take it all back. I brought a brand new tire last week from this dealership. Over the weekend I found a bubble in the sidewall. As you can imagine I was shocked, afraid, surprised - many emotions. I brought the tire back to Nissan of Richmond. At first I was given wrong information. However, after speaking with the Parts and Service Director, Mr. Hornbeck, I have nothing but good things to say about the leadership team here! I support any business that makes an effort to right a wrong. This is a good place, with great service and great people! Thanks again! I’ve been going here for years and will continue to get my car serviced here. More
