Very friendly employees!! I was disappointed that the "dealer prep" left some plastic wrapping pieces were still wedged in places; the tires were not washed- evidence of road debris still on from when I "dealer prep" left some plastic wrapping pieces were still wedged in places; the tires were not washed- evidence of road debris still on from when I test drove it. Since it was raining and dark when it was time to empty out my trade in and transfer to new car, would have been nice to have done that in an inside/covered space 🙄 My husband felt that the F&I could have been done faater. We did like the door to door service- being driven home by Bryan, who waited there while we conducted a bit of business- and drove us back to finish the transactions. Overall the staff was polite and friendly. More
