Car service was prompt, though customer service was extremely subpar. I'd completed a transaction for the oil change I received; 10 minutes later (while still being parked at the dealership), I found a extremely subpar. I'd completed a transaction for the oil change I received; 10 minutes later (while still being parked at the dealership), I found an oil change coupon. The manager, Brandon, was not at all flexible in reversing the transaction so that I could apply the coupon. My long history with and loyalty to this particular Nissan dealership has changed drastically following this incident. I will not be returning nor will I recommend my sister, whose Nissan car I cosigned, to ever return tot this location. More
