My dealer Rob was great, but the signing process wasn’t so great. It took a long time to get into the office and there were a lot of issues with the computer, prolonging the process. I also didn’t like that I was made to sign several things before even knowing the terms of my loan. That’s the most important part before I sign anything. I didn’t like that and considered walking away. I also wished I could have gotten the color I wanted or given options for it. It was basically the one color if I wanted the car at all. When I didn’t want GAP insurance, I was treated a little rudely by the financial person and that soured my experience. She also talked down to my dealer in front of me. I really liked Rob and his enthusiasm but part of my experience and me not being able to select the color I wanted made me question my decision. More
