I arrived at 9:50 am and left at 1:30pm. I paid $278 for a simple battery replacement. My oil change was completed as expected. The agents I worked with were friendly and helpful. However, they said that they would not charge me this time but the oil changes were no longer free. It is not worked with were friendly and helpful. However, they said that they would not charge me this time but the oil changes were no longer free. It is not right Nissan to start charging for this service when it was a selling point when I bought my car that oil changes were included for life. I am not happy about this bait and switch on Nissans part. More
